What is the status of my order?
To view the status of your order click here.
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 6pm will ship the same business day. For express shipping, orders placed Monday-Friday before 3pm will ship the same business day. All orders placed after the cut off time or placed Saturday-Sunday will ship the following business day. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing during special promotional periods and holidays.
Once your order has shipped, please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to update.
What is the status of my exchange?
To view the status of your return or exchange, please refer to your return tracking number. You can find that on your return submitted confirmation email.
Once your return has been delivered, please allow 4-5 days for your return or exchange to be processed.
How do I return or exchange my items?
Orders can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.
You can only opt for a return with full refund if there is a mistake from our end, such as wrong delivery of size/colour or a damaged product.
If you wish to return a product due to size issues or any other issue not caused by Wave, you will be eligible for a store credit.

Will I get a full refund if I return my order?
If there is a mistake from our end, such as wrong delivery of size/colour or a damaged product, you will be eligible for a full refund.Wave charges no additional fees for the pick-up and delivery of products returned for a refund.
If you wish to return a product due to size issues or any other issue not caused by Wave, you will be eligible for a store credit. Wave credit notes for the amount you’ve paid will be issued for every order you return. These credits can be used to purchase any Wave product within 6 months of issuance. Wave will charge additional fees for the pick-up and delivery of products returned for exchange or store credit.
What is the NO RETURN (NORTN) Coupon?
If you use the coupon [NORTN], you accept that you will not return/exchange the items -- no reasons will be accepted for a return unless it is the fault of Wave.

In how many days can I expect the delivery?
If you opt for Standard Shipping, you can expect your delivery within 4-5 business days.
If you opt for Express Shipping, you can expect your delivery within 2-3 business days.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
