RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Wave, we strive to satisfy each of our customers. If you need to return or exchange a product for any reason, please follow the steps outlined below to ensure a hassle-free and simple process.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges will be accepted for items where the service is initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
Products purchased on sale/offer can only be exchanged for a different size or colour. They are not eligible for returns.
Each order is eligible for only one exchange. Please review your requirements thoroughly before requesting an exchange.
2. Condition of Returned Products
Ensure that the garment is clean and has not been used or damaged in any capacity. Only products found in perfect condition by our team will be eligible for return/exchange. All merchandise returned must have original tags attached, be unused in sellable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
3. Returns Due to Wave's Error
If there is a mistake from our end, such as wrong delivery of size/colour or a damaged product, you will be eligible for a return with full refund.
Wave charges no additional fees for the pick-up and delivery of products returned for a refund.
The refund amount will be transferred within 2-3 business days after we receive the product(s).
4. Returns for Other Reasons
If you wish to return a product due to size issues or any other issue not caused by Wave, you will be eligible for a store credit.
Wave credit notes for the amount you’ve paid will be issued for every order you return. These credits can be used to purchase any Wave product within 6 months of issuance.
Wave will charge additional fees for the pick-up and delivery of products returned for exchange or store credit.
5. Coupon Terms
If you’ve used the coupon [NORTN], which is applied by accepting that you will not return/exchange the items, no reasons will be accepted for a return unless it is the fault of Wave.
