Exchange & Return Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we can help:

Returns & Exchanges

  • All exchanges are chargeable at ₹200.
  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Sale items & Value Packs are eligible for exchange only.
  • Non-sale items are eligible for both return and exchange.
  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags intact.
  • Returns/exchanges may be rejected if items are found damaged, worn, or tampered with.
  • International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Policy

  • COD Orders: Refunds will be issued as store credit, valid for 90 days.
  • Prepaid Orders (Non-sale items only): Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after inspection.
  • No refunds on: Final Sale items, Sale items, and Value Packs.
  • Refunds are processed only after the product is received and passes quality inspection.
    This process may take 7–10 working days after the item reaches us.
